Please note that if your SIM card is trying to connect to an unsupported roaming partner that may indicate that the unsupported operator has stronger coverage in your area. Your devices after a few attempts should try to connect to supported operators.
In case your SIM cards are not connecting automatically to supported operators, then please try to manually define what operators the device should connect to.
If you can not manually define what operators the SIM card should use, then please contact Monogoto support.
