Hi. I am using LBAD Murata module and Monogoto Sim to connect to a mobile network in New Zealand. My modem remains powered on for 3 minutes and then powered off for the next 10minutes and repeat, to save power.
On power up, i turn the radio on and try to register to a network. I keep checking responses from modem. Sometimes i get registered but many times specially in poor coverage area i get either registration denied or the modem keeps searching and it times out. Every time before i power down the modem i turn the radio off.
My question is, why am i getting registration denied like 50% of the times? Should i de-register every time before i turn off the radio and modem.
