I received free sim from monogoto.
I tried to use it on my nrf9160 development kit(Thingy91) and smart phone.
But, It looks like data communication is not working.
I checked apn is set correctly through mobile phone and at terminal on nrf9160 board.
Could you guide me What I need to do that for checking data communication?

In your case we would like to inspect the used SIM cards, to check if we see any issues from the advanced portal side that would prevent the SIM from being used.

best is to start with the asset tracker that is flashed on the thingy91, and with the monogoto sim connect to https://nrfcloud.com to view sensor data

get iBasis going then switch back to monogoto
I tried but, still failed to connect.
First part of log attached, using iBasis sim, Board can make connection and transfer data.
Later part of log, I switched to monogoto sim. But, Keep trying to connect cloude.

maybe start from power on with the monogoto sim and give it some time.
It is supposed 500MB is available. I used less than 1MB(I checked Monogoto Hub)
That sim didn’t work on Smartphone. Anyway, I will check with smartphone again.

Did you manage to enable data on your smartphone and/or Thing91? When using the SIM with your smartphone, please double-check if data roaming is enabled.
There is a tutorial available on the Monogoto Documentation about the nRF9160DK, it’s not the exact same device as the Thingy91, but it may be able to help you in the process:
